We select the latest technologies to integrate into the system. LEWCO’s
capabilities include both mechan ical
and electrical control design.

Manufacture.
Our modern facility and our lean manufacturing allow us to handle any
project no matter the size. LEWCO, Inc. is dedicated to manufacturing a
quality conveyor system utilizing state of the art production equipment
to produce our products.
5.
Installation.
Using both internal and external resources, the project will come to
life. With LEWCO's manufacturing, engineering and installation
resources, the project leaves the drawing board and joins the real
world.

After Sales
Support. You

support and future updates as required.
LEWCO Systems Application & Design Team Capabilities

Applications
Engineering.
Our applications experts will assess your application, recommend the
appropriate solution, develop detailed sequence of operation, and
prepare a preliminary layout. Our Team has decades of combined material
handling experience and can recommend the most efficient and cost
effective solution for your application. LEWCO's Application Team
works with you from the preliminary budget phase through the project's
commissioning. By developing a partnership, we offer a win-win situation
for both organizations; our goal is to provide the most cost efficient
system utilizing the latest available technology.

Mechanical Design.
Our Engineering Department has many years of system design using 2-D and
3-D modeling in the layout and design of systems. We
provide full system documentation with as-built drawings, maintenance
manuals and recommended spare parts.

Controls Engineering.
Our Controls Department provides the functionality that your system
requires. Our Controls Engineers work with you to design and document
your plant operations. We can provide PLC or PC based systems.

Project Management.
The project is lead by a Project Manager who is the focal point of
internal and external communication throughout the project. The Project
Manager coordinates the project from start to end to ensure continuity.

Equipment
Manufacturing.
Our modern facility and our lean manufacturing allow us to handle any
project no matter the size. LEWCO, Inc. is dedicated to manufacturing a
quality conveyor system utilizing state of the art production equipment
to produce our products.

Controls Manufacturing.
We manufacture our own control panels in-house using high quality
control components including customer specified brands if desired.

Field Installation.
Our System Design Team provides complete turnkey installation of the
system if desired by the customer. Our schedules are detailed in
Microsoft Project and the Project Manager will coordinate the total
installation. We can provide union and non-union installations.

Post Sale Support.
Our Customer Service Group will assist in your entire post sale needs;
order status, shipping dates, warranty claims. They have access to the
latest production and shipping schedules. Replacement and spare parts,
service contracts and technical service support are available through
the Customer Service Group.
