Conveniently located in north
central Ohio, our 135,000 sq. ft. facility houses a complete
professional staff of sales, engineering and skilled trades
personnel, as well as the most modern metal manufacturing
equipment available. We utilize state of the art solid
modeling design software and Cad / Cam processes including
CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Press Break, CNC Turret Punch, CNC
Sawing, CNC Mill and Robotic Welding in the manufacturing of
our quality products. Our conveyor roller manufacturing
department is one of the finest in the industry. This
department is dedicated to manufacturing a quality key
component for all conveyors.
In addition to the LEWCO
Conveyors material handling product line, LEWCO, Inc.
manufactures Lahr Conveyors, a line of Industry & Press Room
conveyors, and HEAT-PRO™ Industrial Ovens, a complete line
of industrial process ovens for drum heating, curing, drying
and a variety of industrial thermal processing
applications.

Design.
We select the latest technologies to integrate into the
system. LEWCO’s capabilities include both mechanical and
electrical control design.

Manufacture.
Our modern facility and our lean manufacturing allow us to
handle any project no matter the size. LEWCO, Inc is
dedicated to manufacturing a quality conveyor system
utilizing state of the art production equipment to produce
our products.
5.
Installation.
Using both internal and external resources the project will
come to life. With LEWCO's manufacturing, engineering and
installation resources, the project leaves the drawing board
and joins the real world.
6.
After Sales Support.
You have a constant partner with the project as LEWCO
provides continuous support and future updates as required.
LEWCO Systems Application & Design Team Capabilities
Applications Engineering.
Our applications experts will assess your application,
recommend the
appropriate solution, develop detailed sequence of
operation, and prepare a preliminary layout. Our Team has
decades of combined material handling experience and can
recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for
your application. LEWCO's Application Team works with you
from the preliminary budget phase through the project's
commissioning. By developing a partnership, we offer a
win-win situation for both organizations; our goal is to
provide the most cost efficient system utilizing the latest
available technology.
Mechanical
Design.
Our Engineering Department has many years of system design
using 2-D and 3-D modeling in the layout and design of
systems. We provide full system documentation with as-built
drawings, maintenance manuals and recommended spare parts.
Controls Engineering. Our Controls Department
provides the functionality that your system requires. Our
Controls Engineers work with you to design and document your
plant operations. We can provide PLC or PC based systems
Project
Management.
The project is lead by a Project Manager who is the focal
point of internal and external communication throughout the
project. The Project Manager coordinates the project from
start to end to ensure continuity
Equipment
Manufacturing.
Our modern facility and our lean manufacturing allow us to
handle any project no matter the size. LEWCO, Inc is
dedicated to manufacturing a quality conveyor system
utilizing state of the art production equipment to produce
our products
Controls
Manufacturing.
We manufacture our own control panels in-house using high
quality control components including customer specified
brands if desired.
Field
Installation.
Our System Design Team provides complete turnkey
installation of the system if desired by the customer. Our
schedules are detailed in Microsoft Project and the Project
Manager will coordinate the total installation. We can
provide union and non-union installations
Post Sale
Support.
Our Customer Service Group will assist in your entire post
sale needs; order status, shipping dates, warranty claims.
They have access to the latest production and shipping
schedules. Replacement and spare parts, service contracts
and technical service support are available through the
Customer Service Group.
