Air Operated ROLLER BRAKES can be used to stop or retard the movement of up to 3 conveyor rolls. It can also be used with the PUBS Blade Stops as part of an escapement mechanism.

Rollers: 2.5” dia., 11 ga. wall tubes with 11/16” hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard A50 bearings are light oil lubricated. 750 lbs. roller capacity.
Roller Centers: 3.00”, 4.50” and 6.00”
Frames: 3/16” formed steel attached to existing frame by the roller shaft.
Widths: Available from 6” to 61” between frames.
Cylinders: (2) double acting 1” bore x 1/2” stroke pneumatic cylinder.
Roller Cover: Standard V98 No Roller Cover.
Finish: Standard PP346: Black Epoxy Powder Coat.
