The POP UP CHAIN TRANSFER, internal design conveyor is designed to make right angle transfers in conjunction with standard LEWCO chain driven roller conveyors, belt driven conveyors, zero pressure conveyors, multi-strand conveyors or gravity conveyors.

Number of Strands: 2, 3, 4, or 6
Center to Center of Chains: 9”, 12”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”. Roller center at conveyor should be considered (when applicable).
Lengths: 22” to 84” in 1” increments
Drive: Standard D58 Base mounted, between strands, PUCT models. Drive has a cast iron worm gear speed reducer with a standard M03 3/4 H.P. 230/460 TEFC motor.
Speed: Standard 30 feet per minute. Also available from 2 to 60 fpm.
Bearings: Sealed pre-lubricated, cast iron flange ball bearing.
Roller Chain: C-2060H double pitch chain guided by 3/16” x 7/16” steel track.
Frames: 3/16” formed steel
Lift: Standard 1-1/2” of vertical lift.
Guide: Standard machined wedge block lift with 1” dia. cam followers in four corners.
Drive Sprocket: Double pitch sprocket 3.228” Pitch dia., Steel on a 1-7/16” shaft mounted in 2 bolt flange bearing.
Take-Up Sprocket: 3.493” Pitch Dia, Steel with internal ball bearing mounted on a 5/8” shaft.
Valve: Standard double solenoid valve, 2 position, 4-way, 1/4” NPT ports
Electrical Requirements: Standard E05 110/115/120 vac, 60 Hz. Requires 2 actuation signals to solenoid valve.
Air Cylinder: Standard 4” dia. bore, 1” dia. rod x 6” stroke cylinder
Capacity: 2500 lbs maximum. Requires 80psi.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
