The HIGH SPEED PUSHER is designed to be used with a PLC for diverting product 90° at a high rate of speed. Product can be diverted onto other conveyors or discharge chutes. Rates can be obtained up to 45 cycles per minute. Cycle time varies based on product size, weight, stroke, and air supply.

Ram Face: Standard 12” x 6” UHMW. Also available in 18” x 6” and 24” x 6” UHMW.
Electrical Requirements: Standard EO5 110/115/120vac, 60hz. Required actuation signal to solenoid valve. Proximity switches provide output signals at extended and retracted positions.Proximity switches voltage to match solenoid valve.
Air Requirements: 40 to 80 PSI.
F/R/L: Standard Filter, regulator, and lubricator with safety shut of valve. 3/8” NPT inlet ports.
Air Valves: Standard solenoid valve, 2 position, 4-way, spring return, 3/8” NPT ports.
Flow Controls: Regulate speed of the cylinder.
Stroke Length: Standard 12”. Also available in 16”, 20”, 24”, 30”, and 36”.
Air Cylinder: Standard 2” bore cylinders with 0.625” rod.
Support: SPHH style support with mounting channel for attaching to existing conveyor.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue. Epoxy Powder Coat.
