MODEL BPCS: Designed for use with standard 1.9” diameter gravity conveyor. Includes 3-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channel frame rails with butt couplers. Top of balls are 1/4” above top of frames. Available in B.F. dimensions from 9” to 51” in 1” increments and lengths from 12” to 120” in 12” increments. Accepts standard  LEWCO SPM & SPH Series Supports.

Plates: Formed 1/8” steel plates. Model BPA & BPB have angle stiffeners located on 12” centers and on both ends. Models BPC & BPD are made in nominal 12” length increments with 1-1/4” channel flange.
Ball Transfer: 50 lbs. capacity, 1” dia. ball transfer with 1/4” - 20 unc stud mount. Hardened ball cup, zinc plated protective cover provides low torque and extended life.
