Rollers: 3.5” dia., .300” wall tubes with 1” hex cold rolled steel axles, cotter pin retained. Standard A80 bearings are grease lubricated. Double Shielded. 2000 lbs. roller capacity.
Frames: Standard F95 set high 5” at 6.7 lbs. structural steel channels with welded 2 x 1/4 structural angle crossties.
Couplings: Welded 1/4” plate butt couplers standard both ends of channel.
Widths: Standard widths are listed in table. Also available from 6” to 90” between frames. Roller capacity is reduced above 61” between frames.
Lengths: Standard 5’ and 10’. Also available in 1” increments from 24” to 120”.
Frame Capacity: 11,000 lbs. evenly distributed live load per 10’ section with supports on 10’ centers; 22,000 lbs. maximum evenly distributed live load with supports on 5’ centers.
Roller Covers: Standard V98; No roll cover.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
