Rollers: 3.5” dia., 9 ga. wall tubes with 11/16” hex cold rolled steel axles, spring retained. Standard A70 bearings are light oil lubricated. 750 lbs. roller capacity.
Frames: Standard F94 set high 4” at 5.4 lbs. structural steel channels with welded 1-1/2 x 3/16” structural angle crossties.
Couplings: Welded 1/4” plate butt couplers standard both ends of channel.
Widths: Standard widths are listed in table. Also available from 6” to 61” between frames.
Lengths: Standard 5’ and 10’. Also available in 1” increments from 24” to 120”.
Frame Capacity: 3750 lbs. evenly distributed live load per 10’ section with supports on 10’ centers; 8,000 lbs. maximum evenly distributed live load with supports on 5’ centers.
Roller Covers: Standard V98; No roll cover.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
