Rollers: 1.9” dia., 9 ga. wall tubes with 7/16” hex cold rolled steel axles, spring retained. Standard A30 bearings are light oil lubricated. 300 lbs. roller capacity.
Frames: Standard FC97 set high 3-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channels with bolted 2” x 3/16” galvanized angle crossties.
Couplings: Bolted butt couplers standard both ends of channel.
Widths: Standard widths are listed in table. Also available from 6” to 51” between frames.                                      Frame Capacity: 1300 lbs. evenly distributed live load per 10’ section with supports on 10’ centers; 3,200 lbs. maximum evenly distributed live load with supports on 5’ centers.
Roller Covers: Standard V98: No roll cover.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
